This collection explores my curiosity and creative play with mixed media—blending materials, textures, and techniques to push the boundaries of traditional art-making. My practice began with layering acrylic and oil paint, exploring the visual and technical contrasts between the two, as seen in Connection with Disconnection. As my work evolved and my connection to nature deepened, I began drawing inspiration from the materials around me. Heart marked the beginning of this shift—introducing natural elements like sticks and paper into my process. These materials ignited the creative spark that brought dimensionality, playfulness, and unexpected texture to my work—inviting new forms of expression and discovery into my practice.
